Sigh! That's the problem. Soy cheese is not widely available over here, but I think quite common in US. I tried making my own, using toufu. Tried so many recipes, never find one that is close enough...

Aiyu, do you know how to replace cheese then? I have been experimenting with some toufu recipes and nutritional yeast, but none taste close to cheese. The texture nutritional yeast might have that texture, and slightly close to the taste, but too oily...

Small Footprints: I tried a vegan version for this before, using toufu mixture in replacement of the cheese. Don't quite like it, couldn't get it right. Another version used nutritional yeast, but somehow very oily (too much of margarine, I guess). :(
But then, I have other vegan recipes here, although not cheese supplements... :)

Hi! Thank you for including vegetarian recipes. This looks wonderful. Would you happen to have a vegan version ... no animal products at all?

Thanks!
